Yoga That Fits Your Life
I believe yoga should feel welcoming, no matter where you’re starting. Over the years of teaching in-person classes, I began to notice a quiet mismatch. The times that worked for me didn’t always work for the people who wanted to be there. Some live rurally and can’t make the trip in. Some work night shifts or unpredictable hours. Some are raising kids, or holding together busy, layered lives, trying to find a moment that’s actually their own.
And I kept thinking, yoga shouldn’t be something you have to squeeze into a narrow window. It should meet you where you are.
So I took my most loved classes, the ones that people feel especially glowy after, and created a digital library. A space you can return to whenever it suits you. Early morning, late at night, in the middle of the day when things finally go quiet.
This isn’t about keeping up or doing it perfectly. There’s no pressure here. Just yoga when you need it, at the level of challenge that feels right for you today. Some days that might be slow and gentle. Other days you might want to build strength, move a little deeper, or feel a bit of heat.
I guide you step by step, the same way I do in person, with clear cues, practical support, and room for you to move in a way that makes sense in your body.
Come as you are. Stay for as long as you like. Let your practice fit into your life, not the other way around.
